Mountain Melody was formed approximately five (5) years ago.  It is composed from a majority of young talent with a mixture of harmony/lead vocal sound.  "We play traditional and contemporary bluegrass."

Band members include:  Wayne Taylor (bass), Lola Taylor (vocal/guitar), Cindy Taylor (mandolin), Brittany Taylor (vocal - future member), Nickey Joe Johnson (vocal/guitar), Thomas "Train" Patrick (vocal/dobro) and David Barnett (banjo).
